How to Order 

To order When Pigs Fly breads and other products, you have two (2) options.  

1) You may become a member of When Pigs Fly by creating a secure, online account, assigning email address and password. Select "Create Account/Login" from Intro Page or under "Member Accounts". You may then add your family and friends to your address book, and select different breads or other products to send to each family member or friend as a gift order. Just tell us the shipping instructions and date for each gift, and the personal message you would like to add on the Gift Message Form, and we will take care of your order. You may also view your order history and see a full record of the order. So, if you are placing an order as a gift and would like to establish an address book and retain your order history for future reference, your first step is to “Create an Account”.

If you already have an established account, simply  “Login” (under Member Accounts, click "Create Account/Login") and enter your "Email Address" and "Password".  Update your billing information and address book as necessary, and place your order. Upon providing or updating your billing and ship-to addresses, you will be prompted to the Shopping Cart to make your selections. Once you have created an account, When Pigs Fly will retain the history of gifts you have previously purchased. We hope you will take advantage of this convenient Gift Program to share When Pigs Fly with family and friends.  After you select items in the shopping cart, you may choose to ship to yourself or select a recipient from your address book for this order.  Then you will choose the Fedex shipping service option and the preferred shipping date, either 1) Standard Shipping -- orders ship within 3 to 5 business days or 2) Future Ship Date -- select the month/day from the calendar provided.  After providing the shipping information, you will be asked for your credit card payment.  When Pigs Fly accepts Visa or MasterCard.

Or, you may order products by selecting “Shop Online” for immediate access to the Shopping Cart, including product descriptions and photos. When choosing shipping options in the checkout process, you may also change the shipping address from the bill-to address (default) to a unique shipping address and then fill in the name and address where you would like your order shipped.  Choose the Fedex shipping service option, the preferred shipping date, and enter your credit card payment (Visa or MasterCard). 

Note: After your order is submitted, you will receive an immediate order confirmation by email, confirming products, and the shipping and billing information and preferences you provided. After receipt and review of your order, When Pigs Fly will confirm the actual Shipping Date by email within 24 hours.  Every effort is made to meet the ship date you request for your order.

Credit/Refund Policy. Due to the nature of our products, When Pigs Fly has a no-return policy on all baked goods. However we will refund and/or reship breads if there is a problem upon delivery. We cannot refund the original shipping cost of the product, only the cost of the bread products. Shipping Information

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days, unless you select a Future Ship Date. We have partnered with FedEx to provide you with the best possible shipping service. When Pigs Fly Bakery offers FedEx Priority Overnight and First Overnight (where available), FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx 2-Day, Fedex Express Saver (3-day select); and FedEx Ground service. If orders are shipping to New England addresses, please select Fedex Ground Service. The FedEx Ground option is limited to locations where deliveries can be made within three (3) days. Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout, based on the weight of the product being shipped to each recipient. You will have the opportunity to review the shipping costs prior to finalizing your order. Charges for each service vary by destination.

Notes: A 3-day delivery order will ship only on MONDAYs or TUESDAYs. A 2-day delivery can also ship on WEDNESDAYs. Within the six (6) New England States (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island), Fedex Home Delivery or Fedex Ground Service is available to ship on Thursdays as well.

Note: If you choose a "Future Ship Date" option, you can order early and avoid the holiday rushes. Please be aware that you are picking a ship date and NOT an arrival date. Include appropriate delivery time based on the shipping method selected when requesting the ship date.

Remember that FedEx does not ship to PO boxes.

You will receive an email confirmation of the shipping date for your order within 24 hours of receipt.

Gift Certificates

When Pigs Fly Bakery offers Gift Certificates for purchase, which may be used to buy any of our breads, bread accompaniments, or other products.  Share the When Pigs Fly experience with your family and friends! Gift Certificates are an ideal way for others to try When Pigs Fly breads and related products, which make truly unique gifts! 

Leave the mailing to us with our attractive Gift Certificates. Just email or call us with the amount of the certificate you wish to purchase and recipient's information. Customer Service will process your credit card payment and mail the gift certificates according to your instructions.. Gift certificates may be redeemed by your family and friends for any of our  products.

Gift Orders

We make sending gifts to your family and friends as simple as possible. If you register as a member, you can create an address book. Not only do we store all your addresses for you, but when completing your shipping instructions in the shopping cart, you may choose a recipient for a gift order. The first step is to create your account (Member Accounts, Create Account/Login) and enter names and address into your personal address book.  During checkout, just select your recipient from your address book for each order. Be certain to review and update any addresses that have changed. Or, on the shipping instructions page in the shopping cart, you may also fill in a new name and address for the recipient of your gift. When Pigs Fly maintains a history of your orders with your account information for future reference so that you can review the products you last ordered for family and friends.


Gift Cards

Your personalized message is carefully printed on When Pigs Fly letterhead and packed with your selections for shipping to your recipient with each order. You will be asked when providing "Delivery Information" during the shipping process to type in a gift message for the recipient.  The Gift Message Form already states that "A Gift is Enclosed for You of When Pigs Fly products" and tells the recipient that the gift is from you.  You simply fill in what you would like to include in your personal message, for example:

Dear Aunt Jane and Uncle David,

Happy Holidays -- We hope you enjoy this wonderful bread!

Love, Susan and John

Our Customer Service department will print the Gift Message Forms and carefully pack it in the shipping box with each order.
