Grilled Sourdough

This easy recipe is a great way to make our breads even more unique and delicious!


  • When Pigs Fly Baby Spinach, Onion and Garlic Bread
  • When Pigs Fly Sun-Dried Tomato with fresh Basil Bread
  • Olive Oil
  • Parmesan Cheese


  • Cut When Pigs Fly Bread into slices, and then cut those slices in half
  • Brush olive oil or seasoned oil mixture over all surface area of the slices
  • Add slices to grill over medium heat until crisped to your liking
  • Grate fresh parmesan cheese over finished slices
  • Serve as is, or with fresh tomatoes or balsamic vinaigrette
