When Pigs Fly Bread Pudding

    Ingredients:
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 3/4 cups of sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6-8 slices of bread
  1. Cut When Pigs Fly Sourdough bread into cubes and spread them in a greased baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, pressing down gently to ensure the bread is soaked.
  4. Let it sit for about 30 minutes to allow the bread to absorb the liquid.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
